Privacy notice
Who to contact
This notice describes personal information handled through the Neex Creative website. For questions about your information, contact info@neexcreative.com or +353 83 306 3221. Neex Creative is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Project enquiries
The quote form asks for your name, email, service and message, with optional phone, location and project details. These details allow us to respond to your request and discuss the work you want to commission. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. Depending on the form configuration, submitting either sends your details through a form delivery service or opens your email application with a draft that you must send yourself.
Cookies and analytics
Only with your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure the results of our advertising, which may include ad personalisation. Neither loads until you accept it in the cookie banner. When active, Google receives technical information such as your IP address, browser details and page activity, and sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (kept for up to two years by default) and _gcl_au (up to 90 days). With the matching consent we also record, without your name, contact details or message, when a quote request is accepted, when a call is booked through Calendly and when a WhatsApp link is clicked. You can accept or reject each category separately and change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser so it can be respected, and you will be asked again after six months.
Website and external services
The booking calendar on the booking page (Calendly) is not loaded automatically. It loads only if you press its load button, which applies to that page view, or allow External content in Cookie settings. Once loaded, Calendly may receive technical information such as your IP address and set its own cookies, which we cannot remove from our site. You can also open Calendly directly using the link provided. WhatsApp, social media and portfolio links open the named external services. Those providers handle information under their own privacy notices. Your browser settings can restrict cookies, although some features may then behave differently.
Questions and your rights
Email info@neexcreative.com to ask what personal information is held about you, how it is used, which providers receive it, or how long it is retained. You may request access, correction or deletion and, where applicable, restriction, objection or portability. These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. You can also raise a concern with Ireland's Data Protection Commission at https://www.dataprotection.ie/.
